imageMicrosoft will have different Xbox One apps for Japan like a viewer for NicoNico and an app to view movies from Japan’s Amazon, Rakuten. In Japan, Xbox One will also have a Karaoke@DAM which brings a massive library of songs from DAM’s karaoke booths into your home.

Karaoke@DAM will have over 100,000 songs with an additional 200 songs added each week. The app supports Kinect and users can upload videos of their performances to Dam★Tomo. Karaoke@DAM also supports USB microphones and if you plug one in you can see how on melody you are when you get a grade at the end.

Wii U also has a karaoke app done in partnership with Joysound. So far, PlayStation 4 does not have a karaoke application. Karaoke@DAM is slated for release sometime in 2014.

Microsoft also partnered with Wear, a fashion coordination service with popular brands in Japan. Users can post fashion coordination ideas using the Kinect sensor. Wear, which has over three million downloads, will be available sometime in 2015.
